How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and distance: our shipping fee calculator is linked to the FedEx web site, which provides quotes in real time from our Zip code (55044) to your Zip code and is based on the total weight of the items placed in your shipping cart. What shipping options are available?

Your order will arrive approximately 2-7 business days from receipt by us, depending upon your geographical location and your carrier/service choice. The most economical shipping choice is FedEx Ground. Shipments will leave our location on Mondays to reduce the chance packages will be held in a truck or warehouse over the weekend. If a product is out-of-stock, you will be notified.

Do you ship all year long?

Craftmade Toffees are coated with couverture grade chocolate, which melts when exposed to heat. For this reason, we do not recommend ground shipments between April and October. If you would still like to receive a shipment during these months, please contact us and we will discuss options, pricing, packaging requirements and safest shipping methods.

How do I check the delivery status of my order?

Your order status can be checked by logging in to your account. Additionally, an automated email notification will be sent to inform you about your order's status. To make changes to an order, please contact us for assistance.

What is your return policy?

We are confident you'll be extremely happy with everything you purchased at CraftmadeToffee.com. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us for a Return Approval Number. A credit will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price (less shipping) promptly after receipt of the returned merchandise.

Do we ship to Canada and countries outside the United States?

At this time, we do not offer shipping service outside of the US.
